Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Active Data Networks & Wireless Solutions to design,
implement, and optimize wired and wireless network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong
expertise in active data networking, enterprise Wi-Fi solutions, security protocols, and network
performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN, wired, and wireless network solutions.
• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and controllers.
• Implement network security protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules to ensure secure and stable
  connectivity.
• Conduct wireless site surveys and optimize Wi-Fi deployments for high-density environments.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, congestion, and connectivity problems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (IEEE, ITU, ISO, etc.).
• Work with structured cabling teams to ensure seamless integration of active network components.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to select and procure appropriate network hardware
  and software.
• Monitor network health, availability, and security, ensuring high uptime and minimal disruptions.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training for internal teams and end-users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer specializing in Active Data Networks & Wireless
  Solutions.
• Expertise in configuring and managing enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus,
  Ubiquiti, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, QoS, and network security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and load balancers.
• Experience in Wi-Fi network design, RF planning, and troubleshooting high-density wireless
• environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking solutions (Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze network traffic and performance metrics.
• Relevant certifications such as Ruckus, Aruba ACMP, or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
